DRAMA CLUB Students are encouraged to try-out or help in any aspect including: actors/actresses, sound and light techs, or art crew. The scripted play is performed in front of the student body and St. Patrick friends and families. Our students enjoy the rewards that come with working together to achieve a common goal through hard work, creativity, and self confidence. (Grades 5-8 only)
QUIZ BOWL Friendly, quiz-based competition! Two teams from local schools compete head-to-head to answer questions from all areas of knowledge, including history, literature, science, fine arts, current events, popular culture, sports, and more. Practice takes place in the morning before school. Competitions take place on weekends. (Grades 6-8 only)
CHESS CLUB The Chess club generally starts in January and runs through April. It's an enjoyable after-school activity that also teaches life skills including: friendly competition, winning graciously, good sportsmanship, confidence, independent accomplishment, fair play, practice, cooperation, responsibility, thinking before action, accepting your consequences, and the value of hard work and practice. (Grades 3-4 only)
COOKING CLUB The Cooking Club is a great way for kids to expand their horizons by getting in the kitchen! They'll learn about nutrition, what’s in season and preparing meals. It can also encourage them to eat healthy foods. It's fun and interactive. Meets in school in the Fall (Grades 1-5 only)
eSPORTS CLUB The eSports Club starts in the winter and runs through spring. It aims to utilize middle school students’ passion for video games through organized competition in a safe and secure format. This is not only about gaming but also about teaching kids the fundamentals, becoming leaders, and teamwork. (Grades 6-8 only)
EAGER READERS BOOK CLUB Students read, discuss book themes, participate in a book-related craft, and enjoy a healthy snack. (Grades 1-3 only)
GOLF CLUB The summer Golf Club begins in mid-June for approximately 6 weeks at White Oaks. Co-Ed Teams (JV: Rising grades 5-6; Varsity: Rising grades 7-8)
COST: $100 includes tee times and golf polo.
LEGO CLUB The LEGO Club meets in the Fall. Students enjoy team building while learning about simple machines and robotics, and they have FUN! (Grades 1-4 only)
RUNNING CLUB The Running Club meets in the spring and continues through the summer and fall. The students (all grades welcome!) train for a 5K run and are invited to participate as a group in local runs (parents are invited, too).
SKI & SNOWBOARD CLUB Join us on Tuesday evenings in January and February on the slopes (weather and snow permitting) at Alpine Valley with a great group discount! Beginner to expert skiers and snowboarders are welcome! (Ages 7+)
