We are always in need of the services of parent volunteers to assist in the many facets of school operation. Being a parent volunteer can be a rewarding experience. Not only will you be helping children to learn, but you also will learn how your school is changing to meet the needs of children. The more help you can provide, the better job we can do to improve instruction for your child.
Additionally, in order to participate in any classroom/field trip activity, all parents must have the following paperwork on file in the school office. Forms may be found within FACTS SIS > Resource Documents.
These criteria must be met in order to participate in any school related activities. Registration and information for Protecting God’s Children program is available at www.aod.org.
Contact the St. Patrick School Office for information regarding the Criminal Background Check. You should recieve the volunteer driver form from your child's teacher with the child's permission slip. Forms may also be found within FACTS SIS > Resource Documents.
St. Patrick parents can easily track their volunteer hours via OnVolunteers. This is a cloud-based volunteer management platform designed for our school to automate Parent Volunteer opportunities and hours. This system streamlines the volunteer management process and saves hundreds of hours of manual work for the school staff and parents. It's also mobile-friendly so it is easy to use on your device.
Parent(s) are required to complete 10 volunteer hours each school (separate from SPAA volunteer hours) each school year by volunteering for any event or program as listed/published within the OnVolunteers portal at OnVolunteers. Each family is provided their own unique log-in credentials by St. Patrick Catholic School.
